24/7 Appointment Scheduling

At Maryland Comprehensive Treatment Centers, our emphasis on providing an informed individualized experience to all patients starts with the treatment planning process. When you or your loved one prepares to enter treatment at one of our centers, one of our knowledgeable and friendly staff members will discuss the specific costs of care and determine how that care will be funded.

With each patient following a personalized course of treatment, the cost of care at Maryland Comprehensive Treatment Centers can vary depending upon a number of unique factors. Prior to the start of your treatment, the staff member with whom you are meeting will explain all treatment-related costs to you, and will confirm whether you intend to pay for our services out of your own pocket or with insurance.

If you plan to pay out-of-pocket, you will be expected to pay in advance. One of our staff members will discuss how and when these payments may be made. Maryland Comprehensive Treatment Centers accept cash, money orders, and credit cards.

If you intend to use insurance to pay for your care, please note the following:

  • One of our staff members can confirm your insurance and eligibility during your intake appointment.
  • Please bring your insurance card and any other relevant documentation to your intake appointment.
  • Intake fees must be paid on the day of your intake appointment.
  • Payment is expected prior to services being provided. If you have insurance you can submit an invoice to your provider in order to be reimbursed for eligible out-of-pocket expenses.
